Position Overview
We are seeking a responsible and diligent Sales officer to join our team. The Sales officer will report directly to the Sales and Distribution Manager and is expected to lead by example through following company policies and procedures and being self-motivated. This position will require travel (potential overnight) since it will involve responsibilities both within
and representing the company in various professional settings, with the ability to work unsupervised and with minimal instruction; exemplifying Mission, Vision and Values of the company.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales officer will be expected to carry out the following: be responsible for coordinating sales recovery, leading new markets and overseeing day to day operations under the sales department.

Required Qualifications
- Controlling cash sales recovery to below 10% of the total sales per week.
- Liaising sales team and production team to ensure orders from clients are delivered within< agreed time
- Increase sales of non dairy products to restaurants, hotels, etc
- Ensuring efficiency in supply to our customers
Take lead in excellent service delivery by Retaining customers by 90%. - Follow up on dormant customers and increasing numbers of orders from existing customers
- Lead customer acquisition
Driving sales growth and exceeding currently sales targets
